BAGGAGE POLICY

The baggage allowed depends on the type of aircraft selected, these are the policies:

- Up to 2 passengers - single engine: 1 bag 27.50in x 15.5in x 9.85in max 7.85 lbs + 1 bag 19.65in x 11.85in x 7.85in max 22lbs

- Up to 4 passengers - single engine: 1 bag 25.5in x 15.75in x 9.85in max 33lbs

- Up to 2 passengers - twin engine: 1 bag 25.5in x 15.75in x 9.85in max 33lbs

- Up to 4 passengers - twin engine: 1 bag 25.5in x 15.75in x 9.85in max 33lbs

FLIGHT RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

The flight booking is completed after perfecting following steps:

- book a flight in your selected slot time for a day and proceed with payment (credit card or bank wire);

- wait to be contacted by our operation office to choose your final departure time and the list of passengers with their ID documents;

- receive a booking confimation mail by our Customer Care.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No show/Cancellation within 24 hours before departure we will charge the total amount.

- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before departure 75%

- Cancellation between 72 and 7 days before departure 50%

- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before departure 30%

- Cancellation after flight confirmation 10%
